HBO has just released two new trailers for its shows The Newsroom and True Blood. The Newsroom, created by Aaron Sorkin, is a drama series revolving around the inner workings of a successful cable news network, headed by an abrupt and tempermental anchor, played by Jeff Daniels. The supporting cast includes Sam Waterson, who plays the network president, and Jane Fonda as CEO of the network’s parent company. Rounding out the star-studded cast are Emily Mortimer, Alison Pill, John Gallagher Jr, Olivia Munn, Dev Patel and Thomas Sadoski. Season 5 of the vampire-centric True Blood will mark the last season for creator and current showrunner Alan Ball.
