Phenom Film Fest 2012

by Lindsay Madatic on April 23, 2012

Phenom Film Fest (PFF) is launching its First Annual International Film Festival for the 2012 season. PFF was created to offer exposure and advance public interest in independent films without distribution, that might never be seen by the general public.  It also serves to showcase the local region of Shreveport-Bossier City as a major film center for its filmmaking resources and talent.

The festival will be held in Shreveport-Bossier City, Sept. 6 – 9, at various venues around town. PFF will be joining the Bossier Arts Council sponsored Digital Arts Festival and Career Fair in an effort to create an incredible multimedia and interactive experience for filmmakers and fans.

The Phenom Film Fest serves to draw interest, support and attention to independent filmmaking locally and internationally. The festival will show roughly 40-60 features and shorts while showcasing fun, interactive and innovative talk panels. Juried Awards will be given in categories from Best Picture to Audience Awards.
